@santanderuk I signed up for new bank acc. with £100 Amazon reward in Nov. Haven't received voucher, despite confirming with Santander support that fulfilled t&C's. Appears error on initial sign up so acc. wasn't active until dec. Error code bi_0023. Please help

@santanderuk Can I get confirmation that there was an error with the account being opened and the date it was resolved please? Then use that date as account opening.

@santanderuk Hello, yes and they have submitted the data to Santander but came back as didn't meet t&C's despite Santander agent confirming that I had. Think error in the data they submit as my acc. wasn't open properly for 3 weeks. I have all the agent chat msgs+ call logs

@AnalysisShrews Do you have a stat for how many were backwards or sideways? Notts had a lot of the ball obviously but second half they were so slow in possession. First half when they moved it quickly they really looked dangerous

@agentoakley I think it's very well executed. Scully had an easier pass out wide, but threaded it through at an angle that invited the cross. Calling it basic plays it down.
