Where does a Copilot Agent get its knowledge?

Where does a @Copilot Agent get its knowledge from? The short answer: from the systems, documents, and context it is grounded in. That may include Microsoft 365 data, SharePoint, internal files, and connected business tools. So a Copilot Agent is not valuable because it “knows everything.” It becomes valuable when it can access the right knowledge, with the right permissions, in the right context.
