Human capital is the cause of the GLOBAL HVDC SHORTAGE. HVDC equipment not available until 2031. The few companies who do it need to hire electrical engineers. College students should study electrical engineering and do way more for #climate than any of their peers. Spread this!

@TKavulla Congrats on the twins Travis. My twins are 28 now and were born in the UK and cost $0. Something wrong with the US healthcare system

Happy days: It was exactly 10 months since our twins were born, when we got a notice from our health insurance that they'll pay their share of hospital fees for the birth (having deemed the hospital visit "necessary"). Still have never seen an actual hospital bill though!

@drvolts I see value in amplifying the #EV angle. My understanding is commercial services cannot legally be provided at interstate rest areas, meaning chargers (not to mention food + entertainment) couldn't be located at these otherwise excellent locations. Solutions?
