Being a good person doesn’t cost a thing, but its rewards are priceless.💛 Keep your heart pure. 🤝 Never hurt someone who has never hurt you. 🕊️we Let go of grudges before they become chains. 🤲 Lend a helping hand whenever you can. 😢 Choose actions that lift, not break….because a single tear you cause can become a curse that follows you.
If you ever wonder why life feels heavy, ask yourself: Have I hurt an innocent soul?
Remember, our blessings aren’t a sign of being “righteous” in the eyes of the world; they’re a reflection of the goodness we choose to live by every day. HAPPY EASTER 🐣

@NamazziNaymah She set the pace went off it and now back on it. She is a public figure. What do you expect. Words were going to be few if she had stayed with her slim body

People abused her when she lost weight, she’s now being abused for gaining.
In whatever you do, do what you want.

5 weeks into the US/Israel - Iran war the world’s oil supply has been greatly disrupted. Some countries are rationing supplies, others are forcing people to work from home. Here’s how some countries are responding to fuel shortages as reported by @BBCWorld.
According to @UNOC_UG, Uganda is looking good with a stable fuel supply. Well done.

@AKasingye @Akeda4 Afande I am a rider myself but you be there waiting and you see a police man on a motorcycle forcing way 🤣🤣🤣🤣what do you want me to do

It’s very difficult for the traffic police to force them to comply with respect to traffic lights.
1. Boda industry isn’t regulated. You don’t know who operates from where
2. They evade all requirements for obtaining driving licenses
3. They have no identification marks
4. In some countries, the road across where the traffic lights are has spikes. When the lights come on, the spikes are switched on automatically. If you drive through, the tyres of your MV/MC get deflated immediately.
5. Passengers on bodas in Uganda silently support their indiscipline. No passenger cautions the rider not to ride them in a manner that breaks the law.
6. These riders are so many at the traffic junctions against one or two traffic officers. You can imagine if you have to arrest them, who do you target and how successful can you be?
7. I am sure one boda mc can be ridden by more than 3 riders a day. It’s so difficult to track and pin one that has broken the law.
8. Politics has protected these riders for long. It’s high time we sensitize them to respect the Traffic and road safety act than appear to defend them ostensibly because they have mc loans etc.
Duncan Abigaba@DuncanAbigaba
Why don’t boda bodas respect traffic lights? Maybe nobody explains the role of the lights during their training. Do we have a riding licence for motorcycles? Does Police enforce it? It's untenable to share a road with people who behave like they’re on a daily suicide mission!

Dennis Zziwa, a second-year law student from Kampala International University, portrayed Jesus Christ during the "Way of the Cross" walk at Our Lady of Africa Church on Good Friday. He sustained injuries from the beatings as he acted the role of Jesus Christ and was treated by Red Cross staff.
He was later transferred to Lamone Health Center in Luzira for further treatment.

@aggrey_agaba The girl who watched her dad fail the family financially didn't come to hate men. She came to fear becoming her mother. Two completely different diagnoses. Most people are treating the wrong one.
