@NakedWines terrible service- I ordered wine for a party tomorrow. It was due to be delivered yesterday, then today, now you apparently don’t know when you’ll deliver. The chat bot is useless and provides inaccurate information and it’s impossible to speak to anyone on the phone.

@VodafoneGroup is your idea of customer service kicking the can down the road? Another day, another different bot/advisor, another 24 hours to wait with no signal. No wonder my phone says #noservice

2 points to add... @SueClark16 tells me these guys are doing this out of kindness and wanting to help (Snowflake generation? Think not) and some of them have just become doctors so well done and THANK YOU
