@Plant_Appointee the thing about surgeries and HRT is that you need both, and voice training too. like yeah HRT alone probably won't be enough, but surgeries alone won't either! you still need the effects of HRT even if they're subpar by themselves

it's hilarious to see the time frame for when HRT starts to work increase with each year, I remember when you had to wait two years, now it's 6, we'll be having people saying "HRT effects only really starts after 10 years btw" in a while
