i don't understand. last night I did ~2 hours of heavy cardio and this morning I feel destroyed. Despite getting 8.5 hours of sleep, it feels like I binge drank last night. Fatigue, inability to concentrate, physically wrecked. I thought exercise is supposed to make u feel good
