This is where the “tax the rich” crowd lose me. Say I earn 90k a year and in 2027 I inherit $200,000 I invest that $200k and after 10 years in the stock market it’s now worth $400k If I sell it and realise the $200k capital gain, what the govt and the “tax the rich” crowd are saying is that I should be taxed as if I make $290k every year. Now if I try and split that CGT income across 2 people I’m “greedy” and avoiding tax But if I sell down in 4x $100k lots over 4 years and minimise my tax, that’s ok and nobody bats an eyelid - but it’s the same principle.

Matan CONFRONTED Jillian Michaels for supporting Israel and told her she’s going to be “rotting in hell” and she explained that other countries such as Saudi, Qatar, China, and Egypt do similar behaviors 😳👀 “I don’t think they’re the root of all evil” “Are they the sponsor of your podcast?” “No, but I’m willing to open up the books for an audit”

Thank you. The important part is zeroing out taxes on the bottom half. Best way to put money in someone’s pocket is to not take it out in the first place. Bottom half is only 3% of total tax revenue. But it’s very meaningful to that person. Zero it out.
Chris | Venture X Media@thecoachchris_

Facts It's great that Jeff Bezos thinks this way, because too many people who don't make money think that giving money to the government will solve a lot of their problems. They think these government programs are the answer, and it's clearly not. You can look at the federal level or at the state level, and you will see that a lot of government programs are simply waste.

@wingedPigBBQ @MilesTrav let me ask--what is your age? As I was a child of Boomers, had dozens of relatives, parents of my friends during the 1970s and most did not have brand new cars in their 20s...I know this as I lived it and you are confusing Boomers at age 40 or 50 with when they were younger

Boomers always ate out, that is why every restaurant exploded during their time. They also subscribed to magazines, social clubs, bought tons of useless Knick knacks, fell for every dumb TV infomercial, filled their garages with useless clutter. They were horrible with money.

@MilesTrav when they were in their 40s and 50s,certainly not case in 1970s & 1980s during their 20s 30s the notion that Boomers/Gen X had lots of money when young is simply false (and that is not to say current 20s and 30s don't deal with massive housing and student loans today as they do)

@EutawStReport i mean, come on, there are multiple all-stars in that group. this is so obviously a lack of identity and culture. they are doubling down on technique when hyperfocusing is sending them further down the rabbit hole. the players are good, but need a hard reset.

It worked in 23 and 24 when his draft pieces were supplemented by guys already here. Now that it's more of them, and other clones he's acquired, who all have the same approach, it stinks. Too easy to counter. x.com/i/status/20574…

Jon Meoli writes: Mike Elias said this Orioles team was built around offense. That offense was built a specific way, on purpose, starting with his first draft. It worked. It probably will again, whether here or somewhere else. It’s just not working now. thebanner.com/sports/orioles…

@firetdev @Lynchianpeaks right this gimmick where you insist the rules of the secular world cannot be applied to you due to 'misinterpretation' is just that. a gimmick.

@firetdev @Lynchianpeaks right and ur claiming expertise in this area. what im claiming is outside of the religion, when zionism is used to encompass the illegal taking of other countries territories, your expertise is irrelevant. have any belief you want. you cant infringe on other groups human rights.

@agunrack @Lynchianpeaks What are you even talking about? Israel and Zionism are fundamental parts of Judaism, therefore conflating Judaism and Israel is not antisemitic.

@directorkelley @latimes Spencer Pratt's appeal is the equivalent of having a baker who bakes bad tasting cakes and suggesting the solution is to bring in a new baker who makes cakes out of dog shit. it's unserious

Spencer Pratt’s appeal is less evidence of radicalization than of a political class so insulated it now treats basic demands for safety and functionality as moral suspicion. When journalists like this pathologize civic frustration instead of interrogating the failures that produced it, they stop observing decline and start rationalizing it. Hopefully Gustavo wakes up soon.

@firetdev @Lynchianpeaks this is the biggest misnomer of zionists. the secular world does not need to understand the goals or values of a tribe. it respects the ability of the tribe to tend to itself. thats ends when it decides to attend to matters beyond itself. in the secular world the tribe adapts.

@agunrack @Orioles Saban 28-3 against his old coaches, you’re bound to lose a few but when you’re elite it’s not gonna happen often. Teams chase guys that cash was over and then realize he carried and they sucked

@afkostka not swinging at a curveball strike because you're looking for something else with runners on IS A RECIPE FOR LOSING. it minimizes impact opportunities. see ball hit ball has to take precedent within the appropriate game contexts.

@afkostka the players are now saying it. this style of baseball is AN INCREDIBLY HARD DEGREE OF DIFFICULTY TO PLAY. guessing pitches, picking up spin, not adjusting, not trying to score by any means necessary. it's too intricate.
