We honored these 5 AH-mazing teachers as the 2026 Campus Teachers of the Year! Congrats Libby Perez, Howard; Debbie Mainz, Cambridge; Erica Kovach, Woodridge; Brandon Boylan, AHJS; & Emily Rangel, AHHS. We also announced the 2026 AHISD Teacher of the Year- Brandon Boylan!

Today was a holiday for students, but staff gathered at @TheJuniorSchool for a professional learning day. Special thanks to speaker Dr. Justin Richardson for starting the day with a focus on leadership & a reminder that we don't have to be superhuman to be effective at our jobs!

#MulesUp & congrats to AHHS Cheer! They represented us well at UCA Nationals in Orlando. Our JV cheer squad won another national championship in Large JV Game Day Division! (that's 4x national champions!) Our varsity cheer squad placed 6th in Super Varsity Game Day category.

Congrats to Henry Tucker and Cameron Percival for qualifying for the UIL STATE Swimming and Diving meet.

#MulesUp & congrats to AHHS senior tennis player & cross country athlete Brandon Tragord! Today he was recognized as a 2025 @valeroalamobowl Student Athlete Scholarship recipient! He is one of 102 San Antonio area HS seniors awarded a $7,500 Alamo Bowl scholarship this year.
