Arsenal are literally about to play Wednesday-Saturday-Tuesday (3 games in 7 days) and two of those matches are UCL semi-finals. Don’t see why City should get special treatment here in the same sort of scenario?
City Xtra@City_Xtra

#ManCity are in negotiations with the Premier League over switching the order of Crystal Palace (H) and Bournemouth (A) either side of the FA Cup Final, to give them three matches in eight days rather than seven. [via @Jack_Gaughan] dailymail.com/sport/football…

Chelsea: €31m fine and suspended transfer ban over 2 years for 74 breaches of financial FairPlay. City: Yet to be charged for 115 breaches of financial FairPlay. A total of 189 charges in the fa cup final but it’s Arsenal everyone wants to see fail and say are ruining the game with our set piece play. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

🚨BREAKING: Just to let you all know that Football Did Not Start in 2005. Every time Arsenal fans breathe, someone shouts “21 years without a league title!” as if Arsenal invented waiting. But let’s remind every football fan of history, because some people started watching football after Wi-Fi was installed in their house. Before you mock Arsenal, remember your own history. 🔴 Liverpool FC 1990 → 2020 That’s 30 YEARS without a league title. Three full decades of waiting before they finally celebrated again. 🔵 Manchester City 1968 → 2012 A massive 44 YEARS without winning the English league. 🔴 Manchester United 1967 → 1993 Yes, the same United that talk the loudest went 26 YEARS before lifting the league again. 🔵 Chelsea Football Club 1955 → 2005 The club people now call “serial winners” waited 50 YEARS before winning the modern Premier League. With 66 managers and 67 loading with just 6 trophies to show Now suddenly Arsenal’s 22 years is being treated like a century of suffering. Funny. Football didn’t begin with Roman Abramovich’s money, Football didn’t begin with Pep Guardiola, Football didn’t begin with Klopp Football has always been cycles. Great club rise. Great club falls. Then great clubs rise again. Arsenal have not disappeared. We rebuilt. We trusted the process. We built a young team. And now the world is watching again. Hate us. Mock us. Laugh at us. But remember this: Every giant club in England has gone through long droughts far longer than we are on currently. And when Arsenal finally lift the Premier League again… The noise from the Emirates Stadium will shake the football world. Mark this: This is the season the joy returns. This is the season the Gunners smile again. Sing with me gunners 🎶🎵North London Forever, Whatever the weather🎶🎵

Liverpool fans calling Arsenal bottlers is crazy — you spent £500m and couldn’t even secure top four. That’s not bottling, that’s a full factory shutdown. You're the real bottler!

When Arsenal went to Anfield in 1989 needing to beat Liverpool 2-0 to win the league, every one of the lads went back to London afterwards to celebrate. Lee Dixon did not. That was his biggest regret about the whole night. Because before the game, his mum had already told him he had to come back home. His uncle was over from Australia. There was a party planned. And as far as Dixon was concerned, Arsenal probably were not even going to win the title anyway. So he had already arranged to go back. Then Michael Thomas scored. Arsenal won the league. And while the rest of the squad were heading off to celebrate one of the maddest title wins English football had ever seen, Dixon was stood outside Anfield with a bottle of champagne waving them off. He got in the car with his brother and started driving back through Liverpool towards his mum and dad’s. He still had his Arsenal blazer on. And had a bottle of champagne with champions stamped across it. After a while it caught up with him that he had not eaten. His brother spotted a chippy. So Dixon said he would go in and get it. Right then he still was not thinking properly. He jumped out and ran straight in. And the second he opened the door, it hit him. The place was full. Liverpool had just lost the title. And he was standing in the middle of Liverpool in an Arsenal blazer. “Oh my God.” “This is the end.” By then there was no real way out of it. So he just kept his head down and went to the counter. “Four fish and chips please.” Then he looked up at the bloke behind the counter. He was just staring at him. Dixon was waiting for it. Instead the fella leaned over and gave him the line that saved him. “It’s alright lad.” “You can have extra chips.” “We’re all Evertonians.” Instead of getting buried in a Liverpool chip shop in an Arsenal blazer after Arsenal had just won the title at Anfield, Dixon ended up having a party in there with a load of Evertonians.

So a club can sell its hotel to itself, sell its women’s team to itself, but West Brom are punished, they believe, for legitimate “in-kind” donations to the Albion Foundation, its charity partner that saves lives. Albion also believe the alleged PSR breach is “less than £2m”

That is a very impressive stat for Arteta no matter how you look at it. It's not like he can decide not to be at the top when his team wins a game or has more points than everyone else. Stop this agenda of equating being in the lead to winning titles. Have you not watched a marathon before? Regardless of whatever you think, Arteta, fresh of being an assistant manager was made to compete with the best there ever has been in winning the league. And he has been pushing him all the way all the time. How many accomplished managers can say that? We have seen Pep literally conquer every league he has been in and crush all managers he has faced. Pep Guardiola is the best there is when it comes to winning the league. The only thing better than Pep Guardiola is a Pep Guardiola with unlimited funds. That is what Arteta has had to deal with all these years. Take this season for example, when Pep saw that his team was not up to par, he went and bought 2 of the best in form players in the league. How many teams can do that? So you can go ahead with your banter, but we all know that a league with no Pep is a league Arteta will dominate. I for one want him to at least win this league while Pep is there to sort of prove himself. But I know Mikel is the next big thing, all he needs is the first and he will bust out like a glorious butterfly. #COYG ❤🤍

A reminder of where #Arsenal were six years ago. Leicester have now been relegated to League One and Tottenham also face relegation, whilst we compete for the title and the Champions League. The media were desperate to kick us out of the big six. The agenda has always been there.
