📢 [NOTICE] Protecting AHOF’s Reputation & Future
To all fellow FOHAs,
In light of recent issues, we are issuing this statement to remind all FOHAs of our shared duty to protect AHOF and its members.
As our fandom continues to grow, so does our responsibility to be mindful of what we share. While sharing content is a natural part of fandom culture, anything posted online can be taken out of context, blown out of proportion, or misconstrued. Sensitive topics, in particular, require careful and responsible handling.
The potential consequences of misinformation (including calls for boycotts or even regional or work restrictions) are real and should not be taken lightly.

⚠️ What are considered Sensitive Topics?
Sensitive topics include, but are not limited to:
1. Politics and Geopolitical issues ➔ Country relations, government laws, territorial issues
2. Religion or Cultural beliefs
3. Social issues ➔ Topics including race, gender, identity, or disability are some of the few.
4. Rumors or allegations ➔ Unverified claims can ripple to a magnified controversy
5. Mistranslations or ambiguous clips ➔ Content where meaning or cultural context (jokes/slang) is unclear.
6. Content that may be easily misinterpreted ➔ Seemingly harmless comments could potentially be reframed negatively
Engaging in or amplifying such discussions, regardless of concern or motivation, may unintentionally leave a digital footprint that impacts AHOF’s reputation or possible future opportunities.

🛡️ How You Can Help:
To support AHOF’s continued growth in a safe and supportive environment, we ask every FOHA to follow these guidelines:
1. Think Before You Post.
➔ Ask yourself: “Could this be misinterpreted or cause unintended harm to their reputation or standing?” Before posting, consider whether the content contributes to a positive image for AHOF.
2. Exercise Restraint.
➔ Avoid sensitive discourse and public disputes. Disengage when necessary, as continued public debate may escalate into wider controversies. We encourage FOHAs to direct concerns to F&F through official email channels rather than public escalation or scrutiny that may negatively affect AHOF’s image. Further action should be approached thoughtfully and through appropriate means when necessary.
3. Verify Your Sources.
➔ Only trust established, reputable sources and reliable translations.
4. Report Malicious Content.
➔ Refrain from engaging with inflammatory posts. Report the content silently to help limit visibility and prevent it from gaining traction in the algorithm.
5. Request Professional Accountability.
➔ We stand with FOHAs in requesting that the agency provide a safe and professional environment for AHOF, and to issue formal clarification of errors where needed. We encourage fellow fanbases to support clear and responsible communication from the agency to protect the artists’ reputation and well-being.
The Bottom Line: Let’s keep our focus and public spaces on their talent, music, achievements, milestones, and hard work, and avoid any discussions that could put their future at risk.
