
@FedExHelp Today I learned it is very hard to get good customer service when calling FedEx. My driver did not ring the doorbell or knock for package delivery. I called as soon as I got the notice of missed delivery. Customer service didn't open a ticket when they said they had. I discovered that an hour later when I checked back for status on my issue. Once the ticket was open I was told I'd receive an email in 5 minutes on whether it still could be delivered today. That never happened. I called back a few hours later for status and still no updates. I stayed home from work to receive this package today and now it looks like I'm stuck here not knowing when it's going to come again. Very disappointed.
