So today in we did our “Championship workouts”..I was tired of seeing kids in general do casual workouts so I have created 3 different workouts for guards and posts…goals and accountability=getting better👊🏻- here is one of the 10 drills in the workout- happy to share👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻

Originally scheduled Friday 1/7 games against @RMHSGIRLBBALL have been moved due to snow. Now Thursday January 6th: Girls Varsity 5:15 pm at the high school Girls JVA at Ottoson 4pm. Girls JVB has been canceled.

Tough L vs Wakefield last night. 51-33. We battled hard but ran out of steam.

Good win last night! Looking forward to building momentum and getting (and then staying!) healthy!

An amazing, weird season came to an end today. I am so proud of our entire program for not just getting through this year but thriving and making the most of it. I paid extra for fast shipping on my electronic whistle because two days before the season it still felt impossible!
