Friends of Bernie Sanders, the official Sanders campaign, tells me in a statement that Our Revolution does “not speak” for him — a reaction to this endorsement but also relevant in other races where Our Revolution has moved and he hasn’t. (This is the case in Maine now.) Statement: “Our Revolution has not had any relationship with Bernie Sanders for 9 years running. We have no involvement or coordination with Our Revolution, nor do we seek any. If Our Revolution wants to make an endorsement, that is their free speech right to do so -- but it does not speak for Bernie Sanders, now or ever.”
