🚨 2024 Season Preview 🚨 Houston Cypress Christian TAPPS D2, District 4 Team: @CyChristian_Ath HC: @Coach_DrewSells RC: @Coach_Barber3 @johnnn6_ @GoodallTucker @BraydenHDawson1 @maximus_sup88 @BeckettSwinney @LocandroDominic @aidenbialas The Warriors face a challenging season, moving up a division while losing many talented players to graduation and opt-outs. Coach Drew Sells takes over from Coach Hogan and will lean heavily on standout running back John Kelly, committed to Kansas. Kelly will be the centerpiece of the offense, depending on Tucker Goodall and the offensive line to create running lanes. It's unclear if Coach Sells will choose returning QB Beckett Swinney or transfer Brayden Dawson, but both are talented and should keep the offense running smoothly. Hudson Dennis and Maximus Supplee bring strength to the trenches as dominant defensive linemen and tight end prospects. While the Warriors have a great culture and tight-knit program, they may lack the overall skill talent outside of Kelly to compete at a high level in Division 2.
