@VictorLeye_ @MekaOjukwu Seeeeeeee. I can’t Stress this enough. I say some people are great colleagues, but the moment they become Team Leads or Managers, the spirit awakens, and they become something else. MANY MANAGERS NEED TO LEARN TO MANAGE TEAMS ESPECIALLY IF THEY HAVE NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE.

@MekaOjukwu Staff does well at their jobs = they get promoted . But no one trains them to become good managers & leaders. Corporations should not assume everyone that is a top performer automatically qualifies to lead a team (Without training them on how to be better leaders)
