@richkwadwopoku @dr_erica_dr When I say “we” I mean men who make decision to have babies/family not those who go around throwing sperms everywhere without any plan. If there is requirement and you can’t afford it’s not by force to have babies. For every action there is consequence

Next time you use the word “we”, think through what actually constitutes the word. Go to the villages, the suburbs and visit various households and ask how many families can afford it. For many families it would not be a binary of DNA vs taking care of someone’s child but also DNA cost + the cost of taking care of their own child. Visit any health facility that does deliveries to learn about the already precarious conditions of some of these families. It’s only then you’re able to use the word “we”, knowing it’s not a uniform set.

@Gentleguy2515 @DjoletoT In development bigger cities or economies are built to generate revenue to help the smaller ones You just don’t put anything anywhere because of vote KFC has been closed down at Ho but has 4 stores at Kumasi and building one as we speak … it’s about the returns (just example)

This is Keta in the Voter Region. Unfortunately, if the ballot box is placed in the water today, these people will troop in to vote for NDC again.😭

@Gentleguy2515 @DjoletoT VR has a lot of sml towns & villages… their need might not be big for you to see when it’s solved on the national level as compared to AR that doesn’t mean they’ve been ignored. Look the economy of Kumasi & the need for kejetia market. With limited resources you build that b4 Ho

@Gentleguy2515 @DjoletoT It’s not only the university, when devmt’l projects aren’t on the nat’l level you won’t know. VR has a lot of small twns & villages, develop’t der might not show on d national board cos of it’s magnitude but it’s very important to them.

@Gentleguy2515 @DjoletoT Development comes in different folds, if the population doesn’t require that you build interchange you don’t have to build one cos it’s being built in other regions. There might be more pressing needs than interchange in VR VR has less dense population as compared to AR.

@aikins503 @DjoletoT Funny, the roads in the region are already in a deplorable state. if you don’t build the interchanges and intersections, how do you expect to attract the population??

@Gentleguy2515 @DjoletoT The NDC gave Volta region a university (medical/health) one which for me Volta and Ghana needs it more than interchange in Volta region

@aikins503 @DjoletoT I like where you’re going with this. Let’s do a comparative analysis. NPP have built several interchanges in the Ashanti Region. How many interchanges have the NDC built in the Voter Region??

@Gentleguy2515 @DjoletoT None because the population there and land settled doesn’t require interchanges to aid easy movement of goods & services

@aikins503 @DjoletoT That should also tell you the people in Ashanti Region vote based on issues. It’s not about numbers, it’s about voting based on results. Tell me what the NDC have delivered in the Voter Region after 32yrs that they keep getting 90%+ whiles the NPP after so much cannot even get 80

Those saying Sam George is not the Energy Minister, when he presented the idea to the President to secure the funding, he should have made it clear that with ongoing electricity and internet issues the AI plan would not be effective. He should have advised that those basics be fixed first. So either he does not fully understand what he is doing, or he went straight for the money.

@Gentleguy2515 @DjoletoT That’s the power of numbers… if Ashanti region is divided will the numbers remain the same? It’s the percentage you got of the whole that defines your dominance

In a proper functioning society where properties and rights are respected, people should be able to sue ECG for failing to give them power if they have enough credit on their meter. If my credit gets exhausted, you rake your power. If I have credit, you owe me service.

Sam 'Dzata' George 🦁🇬🇭
Who has been given $250m. Stop inflicting your ignorance and falsehood. Your understanding of governance is zero. You see a news headline that says Government will invest $250m in an AI Computing Centre and boom, Sam George has spent $250m. You claim to be a tech professional and expect an AICC to be built and operational in 2 weeks? And people actually take you seriously? Any way, more engagements for you. You are welcome.

This is how much I get paid on the platform and how much I have spent on even one of my cards this month. Also, I started that dating app with less than $3000, and we are still testing the upcoming updates. You took $250,000,000 for AI that cannot even respond to your prompt.

The Dilution Takeover Strategy The target is a capital-starved company willing to surrender majority control in exchange for a financial lifeline. The acquirer steps in, purchases a 60% equity stake, and secures a corresponding 60% board appointment right enough to dictate who occupies the CEO or CFO seat, and by extension, the strategic direction of the business. Fast forward one to two years. The company seeks to expand, and another capital call is made. This time, the remaining 40% shareholder lacks the liquidity to participate proportionately. Sensing the opportunity, the acquirer steps in again this time funding part of the minority shareholder’s share of the raise, ostensibly as a loan or bridge facility. Once embedded, he moves to convert that financial contribution into equity. The conversion is approved likely by the very board he controls and his shareholding climbs to 75% or beyond. At 75%, the game is effectively over. Under most corporate governance frameworks, a 75% equity stake translates into the unilateral power to pass special resolutions, the highest tier of corporate decision-making. He can alter the company’s constitution, approve mergers, authorize asset disposals, or remove the founding shareholder from any meaningful role, all without needing a single vote from the minority. What began as a capital injection ends as a quiet, structured takeover engineered not through hostility, but through the deliberate exploitation of the original owner’s financial vulnerability at every critical juncture. Stay smart guys !
