i binge. i open edtwt. "100 cal intake/day" "day 12 of my fast" "i just lost 3kg omg!!" "120k steps :)" "how i lost 15kg in 3 weeks" i close edtwt.

I was too lazy to add all of the different things I ate that day, so now my recent meals just looks like this😭 #edtwt

I have eaten like 350cals more than what my cal intake should be for the past 2 days, and I can't even blame it on anyone because no one was forcing me to eat that much( ´_ゝ`) #callmeafatchudatp

I have to remind myself not to weigh myself in the middle of the day after a meal because the way my heart dropped when I saw that I had gone up 1kg
