@shelbygracenyc @KatieDayXo yes! I'll DM you!
English

@ailalear @KatieDayXo Do you have a brand that you like?
English

@KatieDayXo @shelbygracenyc I personally recommend spritzing a hydrosol in between every step of a skincare routine! hydrated skin allows products to penetrate better, and it creates little sandwiches of hydration that help lock it in and prevent trans-epidermal water loss ๐ซก

it's the water-based byproduct of steam distillation of plant material! people also call it "plant water" or "plant mist."
whereas a toner is sprayed to adjust the ph of the skin after cleansing, a hydrosol is there to hydrate and provide nutrients to the skin.
hyaluronic acid pulls water into itself, so if you use hyaluronic acid without some sort of hydrating mist first, it can take that hydration from your skin and actually dehydrate it more ๐ญ

so I'm trained in japanese lift (inspired by Kobido) which incorporates facial fascia release, lymphatic drainage, and works all layers of facial muscles and tissues to improve circulation, stimulate collagen production, reduce facial tension, and re-train facial muscles that change with age. this creates a super glowy, lifted/sculpted effect!
if you can find someone who incorporates buccal massage as well, all the better as releasing tension and decreasing inflammation is really the name of the game ๐

@shelbygracenyc would love that!
