The contrast in weather created by better temperatures forms a wall of fog in the middle of the bridge, as drivers hit the sunshine on the Queensferry Crossing on Friday

@deputypics @JezLazell Not at all. Looking forward to seeing a pic of you in a very fancy frock 💃

Unbelievably I am a finalist at the @TravelMedia_Awards 2024 and now means I need a frock to attend a swanky do at The Four Seasons Hotel London on 28 October. #TravelMediaAwards #Finalist
Congratulations to everyone nominated and to @JezLazell for the opportunity.

@jm_stout Spotted it from Fife yesterday. Wondered if it was connected to the aircraft carriers we could see when crossing the bridge.

@vkinkaid11 We always made them at parties in Lochaber, west of Scotland.

@hannahfearn Yes, but also maybe yes. Getting a cleaner has been brilliant for my mental health and also productivity. It's about the same as a family takeaway and I'd rather cook and have someone actually hoover and mop once a week.
English

@suzycatpope Oh pal that's tough. Say yes but with a really long deadline?!
English

@hannahfearn Tempted to take a walk up Arthur's seat and count the couples.
English

@Chitgrrl You are entirely correct. Though occasionally a pile of spinach and a poached egg.

Could not agree with this more. Twice down in the toaster, should have a bronzed top and the texture of a medium firm mattress from the 1990s. Also: Marmite on top of butter lashings which should sweat through to the base in fatty beads.

This is how crumpets are supposed to look. They go back in the toaster at least one more time. Don’t ever serve me or anyone you claim to love anaemic ass crumpets imo
