On this Memorial Day, Aimco honors the bravery and sacrifice of those who have served our nation. Their courage and dedication will forever be remembered.

That includes The University of Colorado Medical School, UC Health Hospital, Children’s Hospital Colorado, The Rocky Mountain VA Medical Center and the Fitzsimons Innovation Community.

Aimco is proud of our Colorado developments including The Benson Hotel and Faculty Club, a 106-key boutique hotel and event center, that serves the surrounding Anschutz Medical Campus.

Market Spotlight: Colorado’s Front Range The Colorado Front Range is home to Colorado's largest cities like Denver, Colorado Springs, and Boulder. The Front Range gets its name from being the easternmost portion of the Rockies that "front" the prairie lands to the east.

• Annual training on all Company policies and procedures. • Specific training based on role and responsibilities – for example, on-site property engineers and maintenance teams are trained on “lock-out, tag-out” safety requirements.

Tom holds a Master of Accounting degree from Utah State University and is a licensed CPA. Tom and his wife have been married for more than 20 years and have three beautiful children.

In December 2020, Tom also took on oversight of FP&A. In August of 2021, Tom was promoted to Senior Vice President, overseeing Accounting, Tax, and FP&A. In addition to his experience with Aimco, Tom previously worked for Extra Space Storage and Deloitte.

Meet our SVP, Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Tom Marchant! Tom has 15+ years of experience working in the #realestate industry, with expertise in tax, financial statements, SEC filings, accounting, & financial accounting. He has worked with Aimco since 2014 when he joined as VP of Tax.
