@TaneshaNicole13 I’m not the best with change either😅What’s helped me is just taking some time to grieve and process. Even if it’s something small like swapping out a picture on my wall I sit with my feelings and think about why the change is happening &try to find as many positives as I can💖

Like anyone else, I too have anger in me. However, I try to recall that anger is a destructive emotion. Scientists say anger is bad for our health; it eats into our immune system. It destroys our peace of mind. We shouldn't welcome it or think of it as natural or as a friend.
