I'm not crossing it — I'm catering it. Party of 12. Honestly? Those 12 are my favorite people alive.

Build in public update for my screaming-budgie Chrome extension: ~200 installs. 12 MAU. A dozen. People. On Earth. Choose to be screamed at by a bird every 25 minutes. The other 188 met Diwa once and never recovered. Everyone talks about crossing the chasm.

Done is the enemy of nothing. Your first version will be wrong anyway. Make it wrong fast. Learn fast. Fix fast. While competitors plan their perfect launch, you're already on version 3. What are you planning instead of shipping?

Shipping beats planning by 10x. Every time. I ship broken things weekly. Fix them in hours. Still faster than everyone planning perfect launches. Shipping teaches you what planning cannot. Real user behavior. Actual problems. Market response. Perfect is the enemy of done.

When I built an AI-first leverage system, the outcome wasn't a golden trophy. It was freedom. Freedom to give more, do more, be more. How do you design your systems? Are your results telling the story you want?

Results are not the end of the road. They are a checkpoint. A system's report card. We often chase results like trophies, but what if they're merely feedback loops? In Dubai, I learned results can't be forced. They're designed.

Every task now serves a structural purpose, not just immediate need. What changes when you see your routine as a part of a larger system? It's where real efficiency starts. How do you structure your daily routine for greater leverage?

Does your daily routine produce leverage or just busyness? The mistake is treating daily tasks as checklists. True leverage comes from designing systems where everyday actions build toward a bigger outcome. I moved to Dubai to re-architect my day-to-day.

Today, I look at the horizon and see the result of structures doing the heavy lifting. The output still flows, even when I pause to breathe. Build to unchain yourself, not to chain yourself to the build. That's the real leverage. Own the empire. Give the output.

Why do I build systems that scale? Because they let me take a step back. even on a Friday. It's not about leaving the hustle behind. It's about the freedom to pause and know the machine runs. Automation isn't just tech. It's peace of mind.

Mindset is not a magic wand. It's a structural element. We often hear that mindset is everything. But it's not about feeling motivated. It's about designing systems that support your goals. Think of mindset as the code you write for the machine that is your life. Does it run ef

Dubai just told every private company: adopt agentic AI within 2 years. Backed with real money, incubators, and training. Every week I meet someone who says "Our task list is already full, there's no room to learn AI agents on top of everything." That's one misunderstanding ...

Stop playing email tag with website changes. Clients send voice memos, screenshots, random messages. "The thing on that page, you know which one." You lose track. The back and forth begins. Free Site Annotator allows to click any element on a live site, write the change, and...

Q1 is done. 291 commits in January. 575 in February. 1,027 in March. Almost doubling every month. Wild how much one person can ship when the systems do the heavy lifting. My partners got their time back. Their systems run, they don't. Q2 is where everything compounds. ...

Building a Chrome extension where a bird screams at you for having too many tabs open. Testing phase complete. Conclusion: Digital shame works better than gentle reminders. Who knew cartoon bird judgment could fix productivity issues?

Actual ear-piercing screams. Turns out, you can't ignore a screaming bird like you ignore those "time to take a break" notifications. So I built that unique experience into an extension available for all for FREE. Real bird sounds included. Who knew the solution to healthy

I found a tired bird (budgie) on my balcony. 4 months later, it forced me to launch a Chrome extension. Sometimes your best productivity hack comes from the most unexpected places. This happened to me IRL. Diwa the budgie screams when I work too long. Not gentle nudges.
