@fiilmsss @Narilovrsxlonf i think zee must've been manipulative and sick with jealousy. they probably knew each other before prim and bambi became a thing. maybe she caused the accident on purpose so that bambi would never get back with prim and die with her. like you said, we don't know bambi's pov yet.

@Narilovrsxlonf yeah something about that relationship doesn’t sound right. they dated for six months and broke up bc bambi couldn’t get over prim and then the whole car accident happened and we have yet to see bambi’s side of the story…

even if Bambi really tried to move on by dating Zee ? i still think something is missing here, her reactions to the mention of that girl speaks more, why is she scared ? this is just ep4 and we will get more things revealed, i hope

@pianistsooyeon i have to admit i wouldn't care half as much about primbambi if they weren't played by ntf.

@aioonscharon that’s what made it hard to connect bc if it wasn’t namtanfilm making me feel so much i would have rolled my eyes 😭 they could have added just a bit and it would have been so good

one last yap for today bc at some point you all need to come up with something other than “this is a toxic love story” when someone says the writing is ass 😭 no one is expecting healthy relationships. as a matter of fact primbambi got the “toxic” part so well, but not so much on the “love” part, which is what they expect us to connect to with bambi’s “am i just anyone?” and especially prim’s “you’re the only one who….” lines the issue is not that they are not healthy, of course they aren’t, and we’ve been seated for that. the issue is that many of these dialogues and actions could have been more effective and had more weight IF they had given a little bit material from their past for the audience to feel connected to (show, don’t tell!) it’s not hard to understand the driving force for prim to go back to bambi, she did it out of fear of losing the woman she loves. her character arcs (abandonment issues, somewhat hero complex) support that. but it’s hard to connect to that “love” which is what they want us to do bc they intended that scene to be romantic (“you’re the only one who….”) if they had made prim abruptly ask bambi to get back together with conflicted microexpression and without that whole speech, i wouldn’t have had complaints. i would have gone “oh nooo prim” and made jokey jokes about self-respect and it would have been fun. but they intended that scene to be romantic and That romance felt rushed. not the action of wanting to get back together. the romance anyway! they can still do better in my opinion. they can reveal everything in the upcoming episodes. and perhaps it’ll even be perfect. i hope it will be! but even so, that, to me at least, still won’t take away my criticism on ep 4 for delivering emotional scenes that had significantly less weight than they could have (which, as my gf and i discussed, could have been saved for later bc those are some killer lines right thereeeee 😔)

@pianistsooyeon it didn't feel well-earned and satisfying, just like you said, there's not enough scenes to make us understand what made bambi this special to prim. even if she did say she believed in her when no one else did, i still need to see more of their past rs.
