Labels are no longer in the business of developing artists from 0 to 100. It's expensive, and they don't have the patience or ability to do it. Artists must develop themselves to about 60, and then a label partner can throw gasoline (money, media, etc...) on the fire.

Most fighters believe in God? Do they all have to stop believing in God while they’re inside the cage so the fight can be fair and leveled? I’m not denying there’s spiritual powers at play but asking someone to not tap into his ancestral beliefs is something I’ve never heard before
