hi, just a quick heads up regarding ticketing service 💓 i understand that many of you may already be familiar with how ts works, but i've noticed there are also quite a number of first time users, so i’d like to clarify a few things. please note that ticket securing is not 100% guaranteed (because we're not using bots) this is due to factors during ticketing that are beyond our control, such as technical issues (e.g. seats selected but unable to proceed with payment), or cases where tickets are successfully paid but later get voided by the system. situations like these are not entirely the fault of the ticketing service, as we genuinely do our best throughout the process. that said, rest assured that my team and i will give our full effort to secure your tickets and preferred seats. we will keep trying continuously until the organizer officially announces that tickets are sold out. some tickets may be secured within seconds or minutes, while others may take longer we will not give up easily~
