@SeanLemonhead I return to Reetika Vazirani. Whenever I return to her work, I think of the vivid triumph of her images. I never crossed her path but miss her anyway.

@JoseHernandezDz The heys have resonance in the 1st draft, if you wanted that focus. I prefer the first for that. And the idea of being separate posts, instead of a fluid moment, lives w/ the 1st too. As if each post were a singular moment or an epiphany for change. Loving your poems, your posts.

@JessicaACuello What a wonderful piece. The rhythm was so important to the story. The turn shifts from the quickening of the fire to something slower, finer, almost soothing. Loved it.

@pronounced_ing I think the author on stage can be unmasked, if they are at a distance and feel comfortable being w/o mask. I recently read with one on and it was difficult to project and difficult for others to understand me beyond the use of the mike (and I am not stage-shy or muted).

@DnnrPants This feels like the beginning of longer tragedy for women everywhere. And the ruling includes a threat to other freedoms and infringements on civil/human rights. The court is moving quickly.

@mdbell79 Yes! I've written three prologues so far and haven't been able to get anything from my head onto the screen, unless it's the perpetual "beginning " I can't seem to get away from. How do you combat that dizzying spin?
