Again!!! If @SamsungIndia displays only last a year, whats the point in replacing them? Is this the quality of your flagships? The pink line appeared out of nowhere, just over a year after replacement🫠15,000rs per year for display? what a maintenance😡 Very bad customer support

For cheating, blaming, insulting, lying, fooling me and causing mental trauma and wasting my time. I already missed my 2 important classes because of their bad service.

They also told me that the higher department will contact me tomorrow 4-6pm.
@SamsungIndia As a customer in kerala, i request @SamsungIndia to arrange someone to communicate with me in Malayalam language. I was totally uncomfort with the call happened today.

#greenlineissue#S22 Green line and red line appeared automatically on my S22 (1½ yr old) and Samsung blames me for this problem without even checking my phone. They asked me to pay full amount to replace screen. Is this how Samsung treats their customer? @SamsungIndia
