@RoyalMail expected a parcel to be delivered on Saturday 7th after paying tracking 24. Still not arrived. On hold for an hour and 6 mins to ne told by complaints team nothing they can do until a certain time has passed! Shocking customer service, so asked for complaints dept . .

This is one side of the horrible story. The disgusting anti-Arab (or pro-genocidal songs - that's what it comes down to) sung by some groups of Maccabi fans in Amsterdam before the match should have been stopped by the Dutch police. I'm afraid they didn't recognize them as such.
