Distin backpass at Wembley - one of my favourite all time Everton players and hardly made any mistakes but this one still haunts me. Don’t think we’d have beat Chelsea in the final but would of been nice to beat them at Wembley

@TFF_24 @CEverton1993 Large - these are so cool, the Umbro range at that time were some of the best Everton stuff I’ve seen

@Richlloyd1984 Before Saturday id agree with you 100% but the happiness I still have from that game im saying 200k a week on a 5 year deal, NOW

@Footy_Headlines I would have about 10 of them Valencia shirts if that was real
English

Obviously I’m biased, but is Pickford the most underrated keeper of all time in the PL? People still uses shouts about him from years ago to put him down but he’s genuinely been so consistently good in a terrible team.
Everton@Everton
He drives the opposition crazy 🤪🔵
English

@CultFooty @Everton Because of a false reputation around him, people think he’s error prone and makes huge mistakes because he made a few about 8 years ago. I’m glad because it means no ‘big club’ has tried to spend stupid money on him
English

@Everton Genuine question , obviously Pickford is a very good goalkeeper, but why hasn’t a massive club tried to sign him? They have all had goalkeeping issues, Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal etc, but never has Pickford been in the conversation for a move.
English

@EvertonPhotos I was lucky that my first ever Everton game was against Aston Villa and young Wayne Rooney scored, even as a kid he’s probably the best. Ndiaye is in my top 5, Baines and Rom in there too. Rodriguez would be there too if we got to see him live
English

@breadriho No one’s asking how he got from London to Sunderland so quick as well btw

this nigga scored 15 goals in 60 seconds but everyone only speaks about lewandowskis 5 goals in 9 minutes

Felt like something changed against Chelsea on sat. Atmosphere is improving game by game, the football is getting better and there’s a lot of belief. We’ve got a team now that’s looking as good as the 2013 Moyes side just lacking the mentality. Future looks bright
The Athletic | Football@TheAthleticFC
It was only 14 months ago that David Moyes was brought in to quell lingering fears of relegation at Everton. He and his players started this campaign with the aim of challenging for European qualification, an admirable but seemingly unlikely goal. Now belief courses through their veins. With each passing week, the dream looks more tangible. 📝 @Paddy_Boyland bit.ly/40Pj8Wl

@evertonibrow We could either kick on and become regular Europe chasers or have a situation like what happened to Southampton and have the core of the squad disassembled and sold to should-be rivals. It’ll be a nervy one but surely if they get into Europe they wanna see it through?
English

@ROTS1882 @paulsteenalbo From the videos I’ve seen, a lot of the spurs fans at the coach welcome were as bad as the club, recording the buses and seeing more people with a phone in their hand than not. Felt more like I was watching Netflix trying to replicate something than actual passion.
English

The club totally overhyped the welcome, the pre-recorded interviews, talking about how great it was going to be. It was all too much.
Let the fans be organic. Let fans do what they want to do. The club should focus on winning the football match, then come out afterwards and talk about togetherness.
Organic fan culture isn’t relentless reels, pre-match player interviews, or fans on Sky Sports News interviewed about what’s about to happen. Stay humble, measured, focused on the only goal that matters, winning.
Can we not just be fans for once without the club packaging everything up, only for it to be thrown back in our faces after a 3–0 defeat?
Say nothing until you win a bloody match.
Contrast to Everton - No mention before the game, not a single post until the fans were on the streets. Tottenham could learn something from them.

English

Bit of advice from experience - Everton done this we went more for flares than phones. Experience the moment not video the bus because you’re only gonna have a video you won’t wanna watch back rather than a memory of saving your team. Poor effort overall and it’s showing

@KyleFreegard The way I see it from what he’s said about the pain he played through and his injury record since he sacrificed a lot of his career to keep us up. He genuinely should be the first name on the team sheet while yous are in this boat because he’ll get everyone else playing too
English

Whilst at Everton, Richarlison dragged the side out of relegation and kept them up with some HUGE goals, all whilst playing through pain.
Solanke had to start on the bench vs Arsenal because of a sore throat, and now has a ‘small problem,’ really really worrying. #thfc
