I guess now we know why Remco looked so tired/sick. Once again, I think the team doctors know better than us and the health of the riders comes first. You probably can race with a COVID-19 positive test but not if you are really sick. And no, this is not just a flu for everyone. Their bodies are already pushed to the maximum limit in a Grand Tour and everyone is different.

Fella, that’s London. Most people got their licence in Dustystan. The pavement is empty and wide. Since when have cyclists cared about the actual rules? 90% of them don’t stop at traffic lights. The other 10% are Lycra clad communists with a GoPro like Vine. Better to use the pavement.

We had an enjoyable trip to #Acton, however there wasn’t much segregated #cycling infrastructure. I’m not too familiar with the area so had to rely on main roads getting to the station. 😩 Continuous cycling infrastructure would enable more ppl to use a bike to get from A-B.
