Michigan's Aday Mara measured 7'3 barefoot and 260 pounds at the NBA Draft Combine, with a 7'6 wingspan and 9'9 standing reach. Absolutely absurd measurements. Tied with Mark Williams for the second-longest standing reach in Combine history, behind only Tacko Fall.

6-10 German center Fynn Lastring, who is still playing for pro team Artland Dragons in Germany's Pro A league, has signed with the Lobos.
He averaged 12.6 points, 7.9 rebounds, 1.6 blocks in the 2025 U18 EuroCup event, including a 20 pt, 9 reb, 4 ast, 7 block win over Sweden.
10th Lobo scholarship committed for 2026-27 season. I'm guessing 3-4 more coming, but the rapid fire nature of all this slows now.

While big enough donors have been told weeks ago, UNM has chose not to announce it publicly so far, according to Tomislav Buljan, but to make it official for anyone who didn't know, he has been granted another season of eligibility and says he hopes to decide on his future, be it at UNM or elsewhere, very soon.
Said he loved this season and money is not the only part of the next step. Fit is important.
