@ajm235 Hi Andrew, whilst we are unable to offer our usual Nursery and Night Nursery service, we still have a selection of activities to keep your little ones happy. All we ask is that A parent, adult family member or guardian is required to stay and supervise in the club.

@pandocruises Booked on #iona for 21/5 sailing with 2 kids aged 4&2. Told that no childcare will be available on board. Expected childcare was the only reason we booked this holiday! Have emailed @pandocruises with no response. Can’t get through on the phone. Please help fix this

@ajm235 @pandocruises We had same problem on April Easter school holiday cruise. Cruise only booked so parents who had worked damned hard could benefit from recommended kids facilities. Have complained no reply thus far 🤬

@pandocruises We were considering another cruise later in the year with you if childcare was available but we will certainly not be booking this now

@pandocruises Hi. That is really not the same offering. We decided to take this cruise because we wanted a holiday with childcare so we can have a break from looking after the children. This in no way is providing the service we need. What can you do to fix this situation?

Just cancelled my @FitnessFirst_UK membership after 14 years as they wouldn’t extend my free freeze and the gym is at the office I don’t go to at the moment. £35 charged for a month I couldn’t use and £25 to cancel! Shocking customer service and no loyalty.
