"We Are in the Forest" – Oyo School Principal Speaks from Captivity as Full List of 46 Kidnapped Teachers, Students Emerges The Principal of Community High School, Ahoro-Esinele, Mrs. Rachael Alamu, has been heard speaking from captivity following Friday's coordinated attacks on three schools in Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State. According to an updated report, a total of 46 persons – 7 teachers and 39 students – were abducted from Community High School Ahoro-Esinele and Yawota Baptist Nursery and Primary School. The abduction has sent shockwaves across Yoruba land, with Afenifere declaring that "Yorubaland is under siege." Security agencies are yet to issue an official update on rescue efforts.
