With inflation, there is a high likelihood that outside of a few Prime Minister's Pierre Poilievre will account for the biggest individual cost to Canadian taxpayers in our country's entire history. There was more to it then just simple accounting and including the Coast Guard, the SAFE Deal, Federal Investment and more attention to the Arctic were also factors. Canada has made progress in fulfilling it's NATO commitment, but the US doesn't like our deeper ties with other countries or was it the infamous Davos Speech. The Karen List from the US on Canada is growing, I think our ties with the US are not in Canada's best interests.
