@akak6273 No. Start with tmad (breakfast & dinner) 1400-1600 kcal/day (~0.5 lbs loss/wk); 2 wks Then do omad (I do lunch imo) 700-800 kcal/day (~1 lb loss/wk) for 1-2 wks Then do a 24 hr fast first just to get ur body adjusted, then repeat tmad & omad (increase fasts by 10 hrs each time)
