During @AnthropicAI 's Financial Services livestream today featuring JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, and AIG: all three added 1.6-1.9% to their stock prices before the speakers even left the stage.

WIth 10 Claude-native financial agents announced today. RIP 100s of fintech startups. Pitch builder, Meeting prep, Earnings reviewer, Model builder, Mkt researcher, Val reviewer, GL reconciler, Statement auditor, KYC screener, and the scariest of them all: Month-end closer.

There's a feeling in MTB/skate when you're mid-air and realize you're not landing it. Math differs off the bike: not landing it, however fatal, is sometimes still less scary than not taking the leap.

As AI/LLMs might provide access for whole new layers of markets (i.e. let's look at interspecies communications - opportunities there, incl monetization, are at this point unimaginable) - neolabs seem like a more natural format of exploring those layers. Though VC's pouring billions into it make no sense beyond FOMO on the institutional level.

What's the deal with neolabs. What kind of returns do VCs pouring billions into their seed rounds expect? I feel dumb

i think a lot of people are going to be busier (and hopefully more fulfilled) than ever, and jobs doomerism is likely long-term wrong. though of course there will be disruption/significant transition as we switch to new jobs, the jobs of the future may look v different, etc.

we want to build tools to augment and elevate people, not entities to replace them.

It's actually game theory + decision theory + Kantian/evidential reasoning + coordination dynamics + moral cascades, all colliding in one button. @akamvl @OpenAINewsroom That's the most stupid ass obviously bias perspective I've ever seen. If they're already following that mission then the court case makes no relevance.

We can't wait to make our case in court where both the truth and the law are on our side. This lawsuit has always been a baseless and jealous bid to derail a competitor. We'll also finally have the chance to question Mr. Musk under oath before a jury of Californians about this attempt to undermine our work to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity.

@Nick_Davidov @dvc_collective @subail Yet, I wonder what their PMF would look like and who their clients will be. VCs and traders primarily? - too narrow, but viable. Governments, following Seldon's footsteps? - somewhat scary. Businesses at large? - would need some serious evangelism, but feasible.
