Your favorite artist has been practicing rituals in a satanic cult where they take babies from other countries & mutilate & kill them as a form of a blood sacrifice to their God. You see, when your master is satan, you must constantly shed blood. However, the JIG IS UP.

🚨Update: Tony Buzbee’s legal team has now filed their opposition to Shawn ‘Jay Z’ Carter’s motion seeking permission to file a Third Amended Complaint. The filing is aggressive and asks the court to deny the amendment altogether. Buzbee’s side argues that Jay Z is not presenting any genuinely new information and is instead attempting to revive claims that have already failed elsewhere, including in California where Buzbee prevailed on an anti-SLAPP motion that remains on appeal. The response also pushes back heavily on the investigator recording that Jay Z has relied on, arguing that Jane Doe never actually recanted her allegations and continued to maintain that her claims were true. Buzbee’s team says the recording is being taken out of context and points to multiple sworn affidavits and declarations Jane Doe signed before Jay Z was publicly named in the underlying lawsuit. Another point emphasized in the filing is the documented relationship between Jane Doe and AVA Law Group before she was referred to Tony Buzbee. Buzbee’s team points to intake materials and referral records that they argue show Jay-Z was identified before Buzbee ever became involved in the matter. The filing uses those records to push back against allegations that Jay-Z was later inserted into the case by Buzbee or his firm. The opposition also points to what it describes as a publicly documented relationship between Jay-Z and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs spanning decades. Buzbee argues that Jay-Z’s attempt to characterize the allegations as inherently unbelievable ignores the fact that the two men had known each other for years and moved within the same professional and social circles. The filing cites that history as part of its argument that there was a factual basis to investigate and pursue the claims that were ultimately asserted. The filing also argues that the underlying lawsuit was dismissed pursuant to an agreement between the parties, which Buzbee says is fatal to Jay Z’s malicious prosecution claim under New York law. Among the exhibits submitted are the Diddy indictment, Jane Doe declarations, AVA Law Group intake materials, prior California court filings, correspondence surrounding the dismissal of the underlying lawsuit, and transcripts related to the investigator interview. The strongest parts of the filing appear to be the referral documents, the sworn affidavits signed before Jay Z was named, and the argument that the underlying case ended through a negotiated agreement rather than a court ruling on the merits. The court will now decide whether Jay Z will be permitted to file the proposed Third Amended Complaint or whether the case will proceed on the existing pleadings. USDA Sec. Brooke Rollins: "We found 200,000 dead people getting food stamps, and 500,000 getting more than one benefit... in the red states. Blue states are suing us... The fraud is so stunning."
