For a 75000SF building on a tight urban site (1/2 acre), thats not just better than industry standards, it’s a milestone leap.

Said no to a good piece, due to lack of funds. There is no or very little money for really meaningful work. Sigh!

@SustainableTall Their thin-ness meant the concrete split after the rebar expanded during rusting and for a time most of the building had just the skeletal rebar connecting the two stubs you see between each window (top and bottom)
