PAN भी department ने allot किया, TAN भी department ने allot किया, Certificate of Incorporation भी Government ने issue किया… इस "PAN is not linked with TAN - Apply Change Request" error का कोई sense नहीं है. तो फिर taxpayer से ही क्यों expect किया जा रहा है कि वह PAN-TAN link करे और correction request file करे? जब records आपकी systems में generate हुए हैं, तो TAN Master update करना भी system level पर ही होना चाहिए.... taxpayers पर responsibility and TAN Correction request responsibility shift करना उचित नहीं है.

Almost सब LLPs और Companies को TRACES पर registration/validation करते समय error आ रहा है: "PAN is not linked with TAN - Apply TAN Change Request." लेकिन जब Protean (NSDL) portal पर जाते हैं, वहाँ message दिख रहा है: "TAN Change Request is under development and will be made available shortly." 🤷🏻‍♂️ मतलब 👉 TRACES कह रहा है TAN Correction apply करो 👉 Protean कह रहा है facility अभी available नहीं है इस mismatch की वजह से कई deductors और professionals, Income Tax Portal पर TAN Registration ही complete नहीं कर पा रहे हैं, जबकि TDS & TCS Return filing timelines लगातार चल रही हैं. 🙏 Request to @IncomeTaxIndia & @ProteanEgovTech: या तो interim solution provide किया जाए, या clear official extension of timelines जारी की जाए ताकि unnecessary hardship avoid हो सके. @FinMinIndia @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc #TRACES #TAN #TDS #TaxProfessionals #ComplianceIssues

@ProteanEgovTech pathetic services from your Side. First a TAN Application was filed on 11th April but the ack got generated only on 14th April vide 88304951048602. Now its been 6 days but number not allotted. Status shows send docs when its a DSC based application.

A relative of my client today called me for 4 Networth Certificates of his family for giving it to the bank. I saw the ITR & Balance Sheet as on 31.03.2025, each having an Income of more than 50 Lakhs and Capital Balance of more than 15 Crore. I quoted 15k for each certificate. What the person said actually shocked me. "He said our regular CA has quoted 5k for each certificate which I felt was high so I had contacted you and you are quoting much higher fees" I simply said please get it done from your regular CA, I can't lower it. Some few points I noticed in this case: 1. The client isn't loyal to anyone, if the other CA quotes a Rs 1000 less client will go there. 2. People earning in crores, still try to get a discount of Rs 1000/- or 2000/- 3. People nowadays to save a very few bucks can share their financial data with anyone & everyone. #CA_Practice

Every time I visit Medanta the waiting room is packed. The queue never seems to end. It makes always me curious - Startups spend millions trying to acquire customers. Hospitals already have customers waiting in line. So why don’t we see startups jump into this space and build hospitals at scale? Is it the massive capex, regulation, shortage of doctors, or something else? Genuinely curious what I’m missing

Question: Why do IIT/MBBS Rankers leave engineering/medical stream to join IAS Answer: For the past 8–10 days, social media and newspapers have been full of outrage over the badhaal condition of Faridabad. Photos, complaints, and public anger are everywhere. Yet you would hardly notice any response from those in power. The Chief Minister, MP, MLA, Mayor, IAS, PCS, or the Municipal administration are fine with it. Public anger seems to make little difference. MP and MLA are busy posting Good Morning wishes to the PM and CM. The IAS/PCS might be cutting cakes or making reels. The best is the Mayor who is calm, detached, almost indifferent. All of them have enough power to fix many of these problems. But perhaps the bigger charm behind these positions is something else. "The ability to simply not give a damn about public inconvenience." And that, in many ways, makes politics and bureaucracy one of the most lucrative career paths in India. A design head at Google or any engineering head at Apple or any hardware leader at NVIDIA, or any firmware head at Tesla would be fired for creating such mess. Which is why, when someone tops an exam like the IIT entrance, many still feel that staying in India and becoming an IAS officer is the ultimate prize.
