It can directly influence voters there. This is the kind of planning they do to win elections. If he put even 1% of that planning into developing India, tackling climate change, improving education and healthcare, actually developing football, and bringing peace to Manipur, which is just 1,000 km away from Bengal, India could have been in a much better situation.
