Tinubu is doing a silent battle... All the members of Tinubu's cabinet that resigned to contest the election, lost out during the party primaries. Former power minister, Adelabu was defeated at the Oyo APC guber primaries. Former minister of Information, Yusuf Tuggar lost the Bauchi APC guber primaries. Former minister of transportation, Ahmed Alkali lost the Gombe APC guber primaries. That brings us to the question of; didn't they get Tinubu's grace before resigning??

I flew an Embraer 175 or whatever that tiny aircraft is called and my life genuinely started flashing before my eyes. That thing is basically the Keke Napep of airplanes. I couldn’t even stand upright inside. I had to bend entering, bend walking through the aisle, bend using the restroom, and bend again while getting out. Humbling experience.

What’s the scariest part of flying for you. Take-off? On the air or landing?

@Rufyb What I find most annoying is that those whose future is being borrowed away, along with that of their unborn generations, are the very ones defending all these govt profligacy, defending bad government.

The government will borrow money, fund unproductive projects (re: x.com/i/status/20552…), be taking out money to fund campaign projects (re: x.com/i/status/20538…), implement very terrible policies that lead to high inflation and distort the market, be unable to solve insecurity issues, be unable to lower the dependence of the economy on a single commodity. And when our balance payments are in a mess at any given shock and we get rated as appropriate, you will be hearing "there is information assymetry", "we have informal market yenyenyen". Na only our economy get informal markets naw. Or why has the informal economy not resulted in increased government revenue or drive economic growth. Abi na that one go repay your debts? Anytime we fall short on basic things that we ought to do, we will expect standards to be lowered to accommodate our excesses.
