@SVeillance All jokes aside, they offer very similar items across the board. Wouldn't be surprised if it was the same supplier just repackaged. Couldn't go wrong with any of the 3 if you want a club. Costco is closest to me so I have that.

Also, disc games are generally cheaper than digital; walk into a gamestop. You can easily rip your own media onto a plex server and own it yourself.

@TheTonicmole @1GamewithDave1 Consoles have been dead for at least half a decade, but ownership is becoming a niche market. I refuse to pay for streaming or spotify because I hate paying to *not* own things, but it alienates you socially in a lot of ways.

They removed CD/DVD drives from devices. They made physical media harder to buy and use. They removed expandable storage from phones. They pushed us into streaming subscriptions. They made always-online normal. They made unlimited internet necessary. Then slowly raised the price of everything. Ownership quietly became renting.

Hot take: Map bans in ranked should be removed, especially now with the map pool rotating. What’s the point of bringing in maps like favela and emerald plains if they are just going to be banned all the time. By removing map bans players will play and learn every map.

@em_Lazzy Some other thoughts Purchase office 2019 from cd keys for $20 Use any other video editing software not Adobe. My go to is DaVinci resolve. Put together a home server and put all your media on it. Home Netflix. Cancel all other subscriptions once you have a decent quantity.

You know what really bugs me these days? We can't own anything. Everything is a subscription service, like literally everything. You can't buy Microsoft Office, you have to purchase a subscription for a year. You literally have to pay for everything FOREVER. Isn't anyone else bothered by this?

That doesn't include people who use ubi connect or others, and definitely doesn't include their larger playerbase, console. Pc makes up just a small # of overall players.
