At the end of the day, it is not about teaching the golf swing. It is about teaching people the golf swing. There is a big difference.

This is not a knock on creators. It is a reminder to be selective about who you learn from. Listen to instructors who teach real golfers daily and see what actually works on the course.

Dear golfers who consume instruction online. There is a lot of information out there. I get it. It is hard to know what you should actually work on in your swing.

Golf is hard. That’s the point. If it were easy, you’d be bored by the third hole. Don’t let yourself get too frustrated. Learn to enjoy the journey!

You have 14 clubs. You need to know how to use all of them. And your technique changes with every shot, lie, and condition. You’re playing 18 holes that take a minimum of four hours. And you expect to be consistent? Good luck.
