Trying this new leg extension exercise. You basically push reps to failure then move up a weight. Really good. Legs are buzzing. Always quite bad, I'm pretty stuck now

And then there were 2! Just two sessions left. Loads of sparing last night. We went 5 rounds last night and was pretty much spent at the end of 4! We were doing 1 minute of stand up striking then into 1 minute grappling ground work.
