Me and @sujalkalsaria started transforming ordinary imagery into currency-inspired patterned visuals, drawing inspiration from guilloché lines, banknote engravings, and global financial systems. The idea is simple: every @koshmoney visual should instantly feel connected to money, movement, value, and global finance. We want users to subconsciously recognize that KOSH isn’t just another fintech app, it’s an ecosystem built around how modern money looks, flows, and feels across the world.

I’m working with @AdityaKalsaria, @sujalkalsaria, and @sumitXbravo on the KOSH onboarding flow. Onboarding is one of the most challenging parts of building an app like a neobank. We just made our first version live and are tracking every signup to make the experience smoother, clearer, and more delightful.

4. Product market fit. PMF isn't people liking your product, it's when people stop leaving. Your retention curve goes flat, churn drops, people would genuinely be angry if you shut down. The autowalla has PMF. There are set of people who will wait 10 mins for him specifically instead of taking another Transport.
