@VanLathan I’m just happy to hear you’ll watch. No one wants you to cover something you don’t like. But the narrative of “the show fell off,” when the show has gotten way better and more popular, just isn’t true. Idk what you wanted to hear from people, we all like your work a lot.

I kinda gave up on it. There’s a lot coming out, and the show lost me a while ago. I didn’t make the decision not to cover it though. Everything on MNB is a group decision.

@VanLathan Season 4 hits every note from season 1 you liked. It goes deeper on the mark and omniman family dynamic, it explores the meaning of true heroism and tough choices - it’s by far the best superhero show. I get Charles hates everything but you jumping on that wave is tough to see

@VanLathan I’m good, Van. I like yalls pods enough to watch shows that I think are bad just to enjoy the pod more. Wanted to see if the show that has 3 episodes of 9.7 and higher on IMDb in its last two seasons would get covered. Ik two midnight boys really like it, I was confused. All love

@VanLathan I think you’re judging it too harshly for the way s2 released. That’s by far the worst part of the comics and the show has committed to yearly releases now. I love your work and i think you should give it another shot. If you’re not into it, I agree don’t cover it for hitting 15k

The NBA presented three comprehensive anti-tanking concepts to its Board of Governors on Wednesday, with modifications expected to each before a formal vote in May, per ESPN sources. 1. 18 teams in draft lottery (seeds 7-15 in each conference) – flattened odds, with bottom 10 teams having an 8% chance, the remaining 20% odds distributed in decreasing order for 11 through 18, and and a lottery drawing for all 18 picks. 2) 22 teams in lottery using 2-year record (seeds 7-15, plus the four playoff first round exits in both conferences). Lottery teams would reach a minimum win total floor in each season, such as 25 wins. If a team falls short of the floor, it gets slotted to meet the floor. Top 4 drawn as part of lottery, as is currently. 3) 18 teams in a "5 by 5" lottery – bottom 5 teams have equal odds for the top pick, with lottery formed for picks 1-5. Bottom 5 teams have a floor at 10; those that fall out of top 5 get sorted in a separate drawing.

@normal_jake_ Me too! But i do think that his upcoming storyline is enough to emotionally sustain the show post Viltrumite War and into the Thragg endgame. Him and Dinosaurus both have enough moral ambiguity that villains like Angstrom/Conquest lacked which made Nolan’s absence more glaring.

Mark and the rest of the cast are really good. Mark is that rare do gooder you actually cheer for But man does Nolan Grayson elevate Invincible. He’s the beating heart and by far the most interesting character.
