I like Italiano’s style, but coaching Milan is a different animal.
Many rated Motta as the next big Italian coach, and he immediately crumbled under the pressure at Juve and was sacked.
Ultimately, Milan will go nowhere fast with this regime in charge - and this was the fear the very moment they sacked Maldini, sold Tonali and really showed what their true intentions with this club are.

🚨 Milan have been evaluating giving Leao a contract renewal since the beginning of 2026 as a confidence boost. It would have not been a genuine a new contract with a salary raise but rather a contract extension, his current deal ends in 2028.
However by spring and due to Leao’s recent performances the situation cooled down a lot. As of today everything stalled. Should an interesting offer arrive for Leao this summer Milan could sell him.
Leao is also trying to understand if his cycle at Milan is over. He could be one of the protagonists in terms of outgoing players for Milan this summer
