@MaddieGreen23 Absolutely. I was looking at the pictures of the shooting in TN and it brought me back to exactly how I felt about a month ago in the aftermath of the MSU shooting. It is different when you know what they are going through.

I’m looking for middle-school teachers to participate in a 1-hour think-aloud for my dissertation interview protocol! You will be compensated for your time. My study is related to teacher self-efficacy for trauma-informed practices (TIP), particularly as it relates to equity.
