Heartbreaking Sunday morning in Shreveport, Louisiana as Man k!lls all of his kids. A domestic dispute on W. 79th Street turned into a mass shõōting this morning, leaving 10 people shôt and 8 children dëad. The sh00ter has been identified as Shamar Elkins. The victims include 8 juvenile children and two women. Elkins k!lled his OWN children and his ex's sister's children, then shöt both his ex-girlfriend and her sister in the head. Those two women are currently the only survivors. Witnesses at the scene say Elkins put a baby on the roof of the house and chased a 9-year-old child down the street, shööting him in the head while he tried to flee. After the shóòting, Elkins carjacked a vehicle and led police on a high-speed chase into Bossier City where officers caught him on Brompton Lane and ended his life, brining the total body count to 11.
